For Babel Enterprise Architecture, it is the analysis and planning of integrated and coherent solutions and services for performance optimisation and cost reduction. To do this, we offer our customers patterns, interfaces and process automations with the aim of selecting the most appropriate and complete solution, regardless of the technology used.
The main Enterprise Architecture solutions and services offered by Babel are:
- Enterprise Architecture Agile Diagnostics and Planning: A GAP analysis identifies the current status of the organisation and maps the path to the maturity model that the customer wants.
- Enterprise Architecture Governance Model: We support and advise our customers with a specialist team in the implementation of processes, policies and organisational structures required for the gradual adoption of the Enterprise Architecture practice.
- We teach Enterprise Architecture Skills: Development of skills and expertise at the different levels of government, management and operation of the Enterprise Architecture.
- We design specific Enterprise Architecture Use Cases for the execution of the facilitating use case through the ADM cycle, according to the TOGAF framework.
