Luis Abad<\/strong> joins Babel’s Advisory Board, bringing his experience in management, leadership and the transformation of large organisations to strengthen Babel\u2019s ability to undertake larger-scale, more transformative projects.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout his career, Abad has led major technology organisations, integration and transformation processes, and complex operations for large clients. As a member of the Advisory Board, he will bring this expertise to some of the challenges arising from Babel\u2019s new scale: how to grow while maintaining the agility that characterises the company, how to integrate capabilities and teams, and how to build more strategic relationships with large organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His appointment comes at a particularly significant time for Babel. The company is entering a new stage of growth with a clear ambition: to consolidate its position among the leading technology players, strengthen its presence as a technology partner to major organisations, and undertake increasingly strategic, complex and global projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luis Abad has more than three decades of experience in consulting and technology. From 2021 to 2026, he served as CEO of Capgemini Spain, where he led the company following the integration of Altran. Previously, he was CEO of Altran Spain and Senior Vice President of Altran Iberia, after holding several senior management positions within the group, including global roles in telecommunications, financial services, transformation and major operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before joining Altran, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young Consulting and Vice President at Capgemini Ernst & Young.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
