The product business will continue to operate independently under the Bosonit brand, led by Miguel Fernández.

Babel’s growth model is based on a clear ambition: to reinforce its position as a service provider in emerging technologies, without losing the identity that has defined the company since its foundation. Unlike traditional volume-based models, Babel approaches acquisitions from a selective and future-oriented perspective, thoroughly analysing cultural fit and both strategic and technological complementarity before beginning each acquisition.

Tony Olivo, CEO of Babel, explains it as follows: “For us, growth does not simply mean becoming larger in terms of revenue, EBITDA and number of employees, but evolving so that we are better prepared to support our clients in improving their digital processes in a market that is changing faster and faster and requires constant adaptation. That is why we are not looking to buy companies on a massive scale, but to do so with great judgement: we bring in teams that fit with Babel’s culture and have capabilities that allow us to provide real and complementary value to our own from day one. For this reason, following acquisitions we carry out full integrations, consolidated under a single brand, a single team and unified processes and policies for the entire Group.”

The incorporation of Bosonit’s consulting division is a clear example of this model. Its technological specialisation reinforces Babel’s positioning and capabilities, offering a rapid response to organisations’ new needs. “In artificial intelligence, the difference no longer lies only in knowing what to do, but in having done it successfully. This incorporation brings in a team that has already demonstrated that experience with excellent results in real environments and with top-tier clients. This will allow us to support our clients in increasingly complex and transformative projects,” adds Tony Olivo, CEO of Babel.

For his part, Manuel Sáenz, CEO of Bosonit’s consulting division, states: “We have spent more than ten years building specialised knowledge in Data, AI, Software and Innovation, and this has given us a distinctive position in the market. This transaction allows us to take that knowledge further: more scale, greater market reach, more structure and access to larger-scale projects. The essence that has made all this possible — the knowledge, innovation and talent of our team — fits naturally with Babel’s culture and values, and that is precisely what makes this new stage meaningful.”

The transaction also allows Babel to strengthen its presence in northern Spain, where the technology company already has an office in Oviedo with more than 100 professionals. With Logroño as its main headquarters and offices in Málaga, Seville and Madrid, Bosonit strengthens Babel’s ability to support digital transformation projects wherever new opportunities arise.

This is complemented by the firm’s presence in Mexico and Colombia. Its integration strengthens Babel’s delivery capacity in Latin America, where the company has more than 1,000 professionals, expands access to new clients and increases its presence in countries that are strategic for the company’s growth.

This inorganic growth transaction adds to the other two transactions completed by Babel in the last 12 months: Anadat in Spain and Meraki in Colombia. The firm expects to close one or two new transactions during the 2026 fiscal year which, together with organic growth, will bring the Group’s business size to more than 30% above the 2025 year-end figure, considering the twelve-month impact of the acquisitions, while sustainably maintaining double-digit profitability year after year.

• This move is part of Babel’s selective inorganic growth strategy, through which the company aims to anticipate market trends and needs, and to acquire and integrate companies with cultural alignment and strategic and technological complementarity. • Babel will add around 240 specialists and strengthen its technological capabilities in Data/AI to respond to the growing…

[362,363

post-1163188","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news-en","category-company-en
["GET
