Next, <strong>Marcial Fern\u00e1ndez Amor\u00f3s<\/strong>, Director of Operations at ICEA, contextualised the current situation in the sector, followed by <strong>Jos\u00e9 de Ram\u00f3n<\/strong>, Director of Exponential Technologies at Babel, who presented the main challenges and opportunities for the industry and spoke about how to transform the insurance sector through automation, focusing on data, customer experience and investment in talent and smart technology. For his part, <strong>Roberto Serrano<\/strong>, Senior Solution Consultant at Appian, presented international use cases based on AI agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2018Transforming the insurance sector involves focusing on data, customer experience and investment in talent and smart technology.
