Through PROCOMER, the integration of technology enables information, knowledge and specialist advice to be made available to businesses across all sectors, facilitating their access to new markets and investment opportunities.

In this context, the major challenge is not only to attract investment, but also to continue strengthening Costa Rican talent. Specialisation in fields such as data analytics, cybersecurity and the regulation of medical devices is essential to meet the needs of an increasingly competitive global environment and to move towards activities with higher added value.

Technology also plays a fundamental role in building a more inclusive and accessible model. Through digital platforms, PROCOMER can reach more remote regions and businesses, offering reliable, up-to-date and free information, whilst maintaining the personalised support and human touch that build trust.

Costa Rica’s future lies in combining talent, innovation and purpose. Driving technological transformation in traditional sectors, such as agriculture, and supporting businesses in their decision-making will help to consolidate a more sustainable, competitive ecosystem that is well-equipped to generate prosperity through trade and investment.

The main characters

Laura López

CEO at PROCOMER

LinkedIn

Miguel Albarracín

Country Manager Babel Costa Rica

LinkedIn

Laura López

CEO at PROCOMER.

22/09/2026

["post-1165242","babel-trends","type-babel-trends","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
["GET
