The hyper-personalization enabled by tools like AI makes a difference when it comes to being the customers\u2019 first choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The formula of technology + innovation, combined with the ability to listen to and understand customers\u2019 needs, gives companies like IKEA a unique value. Data prediction, for example, allows them to anticipate events and know what their customers will want in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fundamental aspect is how companies like this are adopting increasingly sustainable strategies. Thanks to new technologies, they can avoid returns and even reduce packaging, significantly lowering their ecological footprint.
