The mission is to integrate it from <strong>a practical and responsible perspective,<\/strong> without losing sight of the key role of human critical judgement. Tools such as generative AI thus become allies in simplifying processes and offering more personalised experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The real value comes from combining this technology with <strong>diverse teams,<\/strong> which drives innovation that is closer to the reality of customers and allows for the creation of inclusive solutions tailored to increasingly broad profiles and generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This diversity is also being worked on from the ground up. Initiatives such as <em>Leonas InTech<\/em> encourage girls and young women to pursue careers in technology, helping to close the gender gap in a sector where women are still under-represented. ING&#8217;s commitment goes beyond the technical: it seeks to <strong>change the model from within.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The banking of the future will not only be digital, it will also be more human, inclusive and sustainable.
