Maximising the added value in your projects

Adaptation of the agile methodology to the CUBO methodology, a proprietary methodology applied to all internal projects or those of clients who do not have their own, as added value. Enabling us to use Kanban and its flexibility to optimise the different test executions in progress and re-prioritise tasks within the different teams with constant corrections, minor evolutions and regressive testing. CUBE-A represents the result of a process tailoring of the traditional Babel methodology called CUBE together with the SCRUM framework, using in the execution the principles and practices of XP and Kanban.

Collaboration and communication
