Maximising the added value in your projects
Adaptation of the agile methodology to the CUBO methodology, a proprietary methodology applied to all internal projects or those of clients who do not have their own, as added value. CUBE-A represents the result of a process tailoring of the traditional Babel methodology called CUBE together with the SCRUM framework, using in the execution the principles and practices of XP and Kanban.
