RPA

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology in constant revolution that transforms the way organisations manage their workflows and administrative tasks.

What is RPA for Babel?

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is the solution, services and integration of applications that use software robots to automate repetitive and manual tasks in business processes. These “robots” can be customised and configured to perform actions such as triggering responses, manipulating data and communicating with other digital systems.

There are 2 types of RPA: assisted and unassisted.

RPA Assisted Automation

In assisted automation, bots mimic actions performed by users on the desktop or browser. This allows users to focus on higher-value tasks while robots take care of repetitive activities.

RPA Unassisted Automation

In unassisted automation, bots work autonomously without the need for human intervention. They can use triggers and schedule automated events.

For Babel, the main advantages of using RPA mainly impact on increased productivity, improved accuracy with more consistent and precise results and exception management, enabling them to be programmed to make decisions based on predefined rules.
