20 years ago, we embarked on a journey with Canal de Isabel II, with the difficult challenge of adding value within the context of a business of vital importance for the sustainability of the planet, namely the management of a such a scarce resource as water.
We did this by assisting and supporting Canal in its idea of building a system that would support its entire commercial management, streamlining the process both internally, for its employees, and for its customers.

The outcome of this trip is now a robust commercial management system, known as GRECO, which provides comprehensive management, from the requesting or contracting of a service by a customer to its invoicing, performing the corresponding inspections and installation of the appropriate infrastructure, where required.
GRECO is formed by a large number of functional modules, including customer service, connection management, meter readings, collection management, and the provision of the virtual office for citizens, enabling them to conduct their procedures with Canal de Isabel II online.

Over the course of this long journey, we have assimilated a great many changes arising from both technological advances and the surrounding environment, which has received different names over the years. Nowadays we refer to this process as digital transformation.
