Support to improve internal communications, unify IT processes and data analysis used throughout the company. Recently, project monitoring and management and reporting tasks to provide high-level information on ongoing initiatives.
Unified database
A database was recreated at Power BI for the 7,000 employees and 10,000 devices whose information is found in more than ten different sources, with some manual mapping, to give global visibility to all of Avangrid.Team growth (ongoing)

IT has always been a poorly rated department. Our job is to improve employee conditions: Unification, simplification, faster tools, guides and illustrations that are easy to follow and interpret.
