To obtain e-banking customer satisfaction
INVEX is a Mexican financial institution producing dedicated solutions in business, private and investment banking, investment and trust funds, international banking, infrastructure, leasing and credit-card divisions.
INVEX seeks to redefine its banking portal to meet the new needs and expectations of its customers and provide a unique user experience.
To define a new efficient, user-friendly and easy-to-use banking platform for private banking customers
The challenge was to conceptualise and implement a new product to improve the user experience and processes relating to the existing platform.
The main goal was to implement a project with agile methodologies that could adapt to changes in the environment, and to generate a robust, scalable architecture ready to live alongside the current technological ecosystem of Invex.
Results become visible with each Iteration
We have established a method of work in which we have become one with Invex, creating a robust team made up of the product owner, the scrum master, and the scrum team.
We started with the UX and design thinking user experience stage and the implementation of design thinking to understand the needs of the target market niche: our private banking users. The first wireframes were built and the information architecture was organised using the information obtained.
The technical architecture designed to be scalable and robust was also established for integration of the banking core.
Later, the product owner began the work to define, refine and prioritise user stories to establish the product backlog that would result in the creation of the minimum viable product (MVP).
The 2-week implementation of each sprint seeks one fundamental goal: to generate value on the customer portal. As a result, at each ceremony involving the team members (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospective) we learned from the past, maturing individually and collectively to become more efficient in each iteration.
With each sprint completed, the product owner took strategic project decisions based on data and the current situation, re-prioritising the most relevant stories derived from the internal and external project conditions. At this point of maturity, we are adapting to the circumstances of the environment.
