Babel expands its international standards in quality and sustainability

Quality is an essential part of Babel’s identity. That is why we are firmly committed to operational excellence through an integrated quality system based on Operations, Strategy and Support processes. In this way, we always focus our work on continuous improvement, thus ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

In the first half of 2025, Babel continues to consolidate this commitment after successfully passing several external audits for important international certifications without any serious findings, which underlines our strict adherence to the highest international standards and reaffirms our culture of operational excellence.

Among our recent achievements, we highlight the renewal of the National Security Scheme (ENS) at the High level, accrediting our advanced capacity to protect sensitive and critical information.

We have also expanded our ISO 27001 Information Security certification to include all the countries in which we operate, reflecting our solid global approach to data protection and secure management.

Costa Rica has played a key role in this expansion, extending the ISO 22301 Business Continuity certification. This certification guarantees that our operations will continue without interruption in the event of unexpected events, strengthening our operational resilience.

In addition, we have successfully completed follow-up audits for ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) certifications. Of particular note is the inclusion of Costa Rica in the ISO 14001 environmental certification and Madrid in the ISO 45001 certification, reinforcing our commitment to workplace well-being and respect for the environment.

These certifications strengthen our overall commitment to quality, sustainability and workplace wellbeing and help us to promote our vision as a leading provider of purpose-driven technology services, both for our customers and for society and people as a whole.
