Today, Babel hosted a new edition of Workday RUG (Regional User Group) at its Madrid headquarters, a meeting that brought together representatives from various organisations to share experiences, ideas and best practices on the use of Workday as a strategic platform for talent management.
Technology at the service of people
The event, organised by Workday and aimed at promoting knowledge exchange among users of the platform, was attended by Felipe Alejandro Pérez Fernández, Chief People Officer at Babel. During his speech, Pérez Fernández explained how Babel is using Workday to simplify and streamline human resources processes, emphasising the key role that artificial intelligence already plays in more efficient and people-centred decision-making.
‘At Babel, we believe that people are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to tools that enable us to take care of our teams, generate value and foster a culture of continuous innovation,’ he said.
Boosting innovation in talent management
The conference also included presentations of notable use cases, such as that of Ignacio Guerrero Carrillo from HBX Group (Hotelbeds), who shared his experience with Workday Help, and Nacho del Valle from ACCIONA, who demonstrated an advanced approach to user adoption metrics using the Workday User Adoption Metrics Dashboard.
We would like to thank all the individuals and organisations involved for their commitment to continuous improvement in talent management, as well as Workday for continuing to promote these opportunities for collaboration within its user community.
