We have a product like Microsoft Teams and a set of tools at our disposal within the Office 365 suite that are not being used to their full potential within the company
To adopt Teams as the reference environment for teamwork, communication and collaboration
In order to increase productivity and collaboration, streamline information exchange and communication, and improve knowledge management, we launched an adoption pilot project in the IT Development area.
A methodological approach focused on people and their abilities
By technically assessing the installation of the product to ensure the environment and considering the opinions of users regarding their needs, we configured the channels and working groups required for the pilot project.
Through awareness-raising, training and support activities alongside its use, we are ensuring that users work with the platform in their every-day lives.

Teams is already the reference tool for collaborative, remote work from any location
Centralisation of project and department information and communication, and a reduction in the use of e-mails, promoting the use of other collaboration tools such as videoconference meetings, document editing, scheduling and management of tasks, etc. Processes such as software testing, requirement specifications, etc. have been improved.
