Customization and heavy use of SharePoint OnlineIntegration
Office 365 integration with the intranet in ELGG. Developments and customizations in .NET CORE and deployed in AzureWhat to do when your document manager falls short?
The growth in the volume of information and the number of users of the document manager leads to slowness and degradation in the service, resulting in cuts in departmental document activity.
We have a set of tools at our disposal within the Microsoft 365 suite that is not being used to its full potential within the company.
To implement the most complete, secure and scalable document manager in the market
In order to increase productivity and collaboration, streamline information exchange, improve knowledge management and ensure service quality and availability, we launched a project to migrate the current document manager to SharePoint Online.
A methodological approach focusing on technology by and for people
Having technically assessed the installation of the product to ensure the environment and considered the needs of the company and its users, we deployed, configured and personalised the product.
We integrated all document manager operations into its current intranet developed in ELGG (login, management and configuration of working groups, user management, roles and permissions).
Through a monitored and audited process, the log of working groups, the personal folders of the previous document manager, and all employee payslips for the past 10 years were migrated.
