To create a robust, adaptable system
The company must record the daily working time log of all employees, which must include the specific start and end times of the working day, regardless of the flexibility of hours available.
Entry and exit logs are created for each employee, which must be kept by all companies and will ensure that the maximum working hours required by regulations are not exceeded and that, where applicable, overtime is remunerated.
The company will have to keep the logs for four years.
Failure to comply will be a serious violation.
